I’ve never met a yarn scrap too far gone (sorry, Bailey). Every time I finish a project, I’m left with bits of yarn from weaving in ends or tying things off. I keep all those wee, stringy bits in a big ole glass jar and once it’s mostly full I take all those scraps and turn them into totes, hats, or whatever else moves the spirit.
Crochet, while unique in its woven design, (there’s literally is no machine that can replicate it), does have a LOT of little loops and holes that could snag easily on keys or clips.
