Thank you for shopping with me at ur local hookr. Every item in my shop is handmade or vintage, one-of-a-kind, and made by me — so please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final Because every item I create is completely unique and custom, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. I'll do my best to make it right — whether that's a replacement (if possible), store credit, or a refund.

Pay What You Want Items All Pay What You Want purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
