Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how I ship my handmade and vintage items.
Processing Time Because every item is handmade and one-of-a-kind by me, please allow 1–5 business days for me to carefully pack and prepare your order before it ships. I'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Domestic Shipping (US) I ship within the United States using USPS and/or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location:
- Standard shipping: starting at $6.90
- Expedited shipping: up to $19.90
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for expedited.
International Shipping I ship internationally! Rates are carrier-calculated and will be shown at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in my shipping charges. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
Local Pickup I offer free local pickup at The Craft Room. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and I'll notify you when your order is ready. Please pick up within 14 days of receiving your ready notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is in the carrier's hands, I'm not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. However, I'll always do my best to help you track down your order. Reach out to me at urlocalhookr@gmail.com and I'll assist however I can.
