I crocheted this tapestry using the same pattern used to create the sweater i made for Ethel Cain. While i don’t create duplicates of my work, this tapestry is an ode to that original sweater. i added interfacing to the back of this tapestry before hand stitching white fabric over the back to add extra structure and uniformity. the tapestry itself is made from cotton yarn and is suspended from a wooden dowel.
PRINTING: each print will be similar but not exactly the same, as every item is stamped individually by hand using a linocut of my own creation.
