This vintage postcard is from the 1980s and is a replication of a vintage ad for Globe Pills. Apparently they can help with headaches. Who knows.
To make this piece, I drew my chart on graph paper, laid it over the postcard, and poked a needle through both layers of paper so that I wouldn’t make any unnecessary holes while stitching. Once that was done, I threaded my needle and carefully cross stitched each square of the graph.
