Go See Ethel Cain or the Devil will get You!

This collection is in commemoration and celebration of Ethel Cain and her most recent tour, during which she designed a billboard which read “Go see Ethel Cain or the Devil Will Get You!”, accompanied by her own illustration of the character Ethel Cain wielding a scythe. This billboard was in reference to the iconic sign near Montgomery, AL, which reads, “Go to church or the Devil Will Get You!”, and depicts a devil wielding a scythe. As someone born and raised in Alabama, Ethel Cain’s choice to reference this specific billboard brought me a lot of joy, especially since this was the first tour that she had a show in Alabama.
