I didn’t know how I would fix her since I didn’t have any of the missing pieces, but I did have a lot of broken glass shards collected during various hikes. I tumbled some of that glass and selected several green-hued pieces that I thought would look nice alongside mademoiselle’s green overcoat. I set each pebble of glass individually and held it in place while it glued. This took hours. I’m not gonna lie, I really almost gave up on it. But I’m glad I didn’t because it turned out really beautifully. Also, please stop leaving glass on hiking trails. It’s not cool. Some little freak like me has to come along and pick it up after you stinkers.
